1. Minutes - Nirmy 

February 2025  meeting minutes presented for approval. Approved.

2. Membership - Tim

1. We have 178 members

2. We should have someone to meet and greet new members/first timers at Check-In

3. New Member Orientations - Margaret

1. We should hold quarterly New Member Orientations

2. Margaret, David, Vibha & Miera volunteered to do so. 

4. Readings at the Gallery - Margaret

1. A potential format for readings at the Gallery in Stanford Mall - quarterly, readings with a theme around travel, art, food, 6-7pm, 3 readers each time. Possible dates for the first one - March 27th or April 10th. 

2. It was decided we should try one and see how it goes. 

5. April Speaker - Eva

1. The April speaker is Diane Frank. She will need 1hr 15mins for her poetry workshop. Meeting schedule will be tweaked accordingly.

2. Does anyone know Linda Joy Nyers (sp?) personally so they can introduce Eva. 

6. NewsBlast Submissions - Tice

1. We are receiving lots of random submissions

2. It was decided we should limit the publishing of submissions to club specific items.

3. We will include news from other clubs if and when we have space

7. Leadership Conference - Geri

1. Geri will be spearheading the conference in April 2026. We have a lot of unique things to offer as a club. More details to follow. 

8. Critique Groups - Miera

1. There have been a lot of inquiries from people who are not members about joining Critique groups.  Miera has been letting people know that we will be checking their memberships.

9. Treasurer’s Report - Alisha

1. Alisha shared the reports from December to March. They are pending review.  

10. Job Descriptions - Tim

1. Please update Job Descriptions
