Tom Adams publishes story in Kelp Journal

Tom Adams' fictional story, “Time to Surf,” is available in Kelp Journal: Issue No. 13, Summer 2025, a biannual literary magazine. Set against Pacifica’s surf and corporate office politics, “Time to Surf” is a moving story of anger, aging, and the healing power of love, fatherhood, and the ocean.
