Members present: Kate Adams (attempted to get in), Geri Spieler, Tim Flood, Miera Rao, David Harris, Vibha Akkaraju, Audrey Kalman, Alisha Willis, and Carole Bumpus (Interim secretary)
Minutes:
Geri Spieler - Voted and accepted Minutes from May 2023.
David Harris – Reviewed the process to be presented at the June 2023 General Meeting for the election of officers for 2023-24, as well as the presentation for a vote on the updated Bylaws and new Policies and Procedures
Sue Barizon - sent in a request to promote the Annual Picnic – July 15th at Laurelwood Park in San Mateo. BYOF – (Bring Your Own Food)
Geri Spieler – Discussion, once again, about the Storage Unit. Motion to:
Eliminate the unit and disperse the few boxes to Vibha as new President.
Create folder noting all physical supplies – once a year take an inventory
Fault Zone copies to be taken by Kate Adams (?)
Alisha will work with Geri to retrieve the pre-paid months – contract to end in July.

5. Meira – announced the positive response to her outreach for her Matchmaker Critique Group.
6. Tim - Newsblast – Teams to Upgrade – Eva Barrows will promote redesign and new name; technical design will be handled by Eva and Megan McDonald
May setup contest for new name for newsletter on Facebook
Possible use of Craiyon AI Image Generator – to create new logo for our branch.
7. Tim – Membership Renewal – Renewals will begin on the 1st of July 2023 and end on September 30th 2023.
8. Alisha – Treasurer’s Report – Presented, voted on and accepted.
